Veja abaixo o <em>Painel 05 \u2013\u00a0<\/em>.<em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Essa sess\u00e3o foi coordenada\u00a0pelo jornalista\u00a0Alencar Izidoro e teve como palestrantes\u00a0 \u00a0Maria In\u00eas Garcia Lippe, diretora da PTV Brasil;\u00a0Jurandir Fernandes, coordenador do GT Mobilidade e Log\u00edstica do SEESP e vice-presidente honor\u00e1rio da UITP;\u00a0Harald Zwetkoff e\u00a0presidente da ViaQuatro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Propostas do debate<\/strong>.\u00a0Os debates seguiram tr\u00eas eixos. Um deles foi o \u00a0tema das gratuidades e a necessidade de racionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para o equil\u00edbrio financeiro dos\u00a0sistemas.
